Insomnia has all sorts of causes and yours may be different from what mine was, but I’m pretty certain my own experience is quite common. You can’t get to sleep at night because your mind is racing. Maybe it’s time to investigate brainwave entrainment with isochronic tones.

Studies are being done on the relationship between sleep apnea
and congestive heart failure. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea may suffer damage to the right side of their heart since it has to pump harder in order to support the added effort of their lungs attempting to overcome the airway obstruction. A test was done on forty-two patients with heart conditions. Nearly half of these patients had severe sleep apnea that had not been diagnosed prior to the study.

Patients that are obese, snore heavily and are chronically sleepy during the day may have obstructive sleep apnea
. Lab studies done on the patient can confirm if this is the case. The symptoms and testing results will determine the severity of the sleep apnea. Once the patient has been properly diagnosed then obstructed sleep apnea treatment solutions can be looked investigated.

When you start having problems with your memorization ability, there is definitely something wrong with your lifestyle in general, which, affects you from having a good mind and body. What is the cause of sleep apnea
? It occurs when a person experiences an interruption in breathing during sleep. Several things can be considered a cause though. Some people may experience a relaxing of the tongue and throat muscles during sleep, which will partially block the airway opening. The muscles at the base of the tongue and the uvula relax and cause the airway to become blocked.

Sleep can be elusive. One of the things that I’ve found helps me is to engage my mind rather than let it rattle on like an out of control mine cart. To that end, I have several more or less standard visualizations that I use to keep it occupied.
